30 Day Challenge With DDP Yoga

In 30 days I will be posting my before and after pictures using DDP Yoga.  I plan to continue after that, but I would like to show results after a 30 day routine and healthy diet change.  

This includes not drinking sugar in my coffee, and limiting drinks that aren't water.  I will be eating healthier.  I want to get my body in better shape to feel AND look better.

    1. It's amazing how sore you can get after 25 minutes of yoga. There's no weights used, but you keep your muscles tensed for the resistance. It's 3 days a week. I'm still sore, but looking forward to day 2 today.
